Summary: Chronicle security is experiencing issues with logs being uploaded through some forwarders. Description: We are experiencing an issue with Chronicle Security beginning on Wednesday, 2024-02-28 03:00 US/Pacific. Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue. We will provide an update by Wednesday, 2024-02-28 17:00 US/Pacific with current details. We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption. Diagnosis: A small subset of customers would encounter error “rpc error: code = Unknown desc = Unknown Error” while ingesting logs within the forwarder which prevents logs from being uploaded to Chronicle through some forwarders. Workaround: None at this moment. Summary: Cloud Workstations is experiencing intermittent issues with starting Workstation instances. Description: Mitigation work is currently underway by our engineering team. We do not have an ETA for mitigation at this point. We will provide more information by Wednesday, 2024-02-28 18:00 US/Pacific. Diagnosis: Affected customers are experiencing intermittent delays or failure with starting Workstation instances. Workaround: Users may retry the start workstation operation.
