We are providing an update on the ongoing service disruption. The Middle East (UAE) Region (ME-CENTRAL-1) has suffered damage as a result of the conflict in the Middle East and is currently unable to reliably support customer applications. While some workloads continue to function normally, we strongly recommend customers migrate all accessible resources to other Regions and restore inaccessible resources from remote backups as soon as possible. Relevant billing operations are currently suspended while we restore normal operations in this AWS Region. This process is expected to take several months.
Our engineers are seeing an improvement on the situation and we are confirming that all services are functional. We will continue monitoring the situation and provide a final update shortly.
Our engineers continue to investigate the code signing issues reported for Rescue, GoTo Assist v5, Pro, and Central. We will provide another update shortly.
The Jira service is paused while we address an API deprecation. Thank you for your patience.
We’re continuing our work to restore the remaining message data affected by this issue. Our teams have made progress developing and validating the recovery process for messages, message edits, and shared files. We’re addressing additional technical dependencies and completing validation before proceeding with the next stages of restoration. We’ll continue to provide updates as we make progress.
